The Permanent Fix

What a Full Replacement Includes

This is one of our signature services — and one where cutting corners costs homeowners dearly.

Camera Assessment First

We document the line's condition before quoting, so you're paying to fix reality — not a worst-case guess.

Under-Slab Replacement

Tunneling or precise slab cuts to access and replace lines beneath the home, with the structure protected throughout.

Full Permitting

Sewer replacement requires permits and inspections in every Florida municipality. Ours are included, always.

Code-Compliant PVC

Correct pipe schedule, slope and connections — the details inspectors check and shortcuts miss.

Site Restoration

Trenches backfilled, concrete repoured and the work area left clean when we're done.

Insurance Documentation

Many cast iron failures involve insurance claims. We provide the documentation your adjuster needs.

FAQ

Sewer Replacement Questions, Answered

How do I know my cast iron needs replacement instead of repair?

A camera inspection is the honest answer. Widespread channeling (the pipe bottom rotted away), multiple failed sections or chronic backups throughout the house point to replacement; a single bad joint may only need a spot repair.

Does homeowners insurance cover cast iron pipe failure?

Policies vary widely and Florida insurers have tightened this coverage in recent years. Many claims are partially covered — especially resulting water damage. We document conditions thoroughly so you and your adjuster or attorney can pursue what your policy allows. We're contractors, not insurance advisors, so review your specific policy.

Will you have to break my floors?

Sometimes, but not always — tunneling beneath the slab from outside often avoids interior demolition. The camera and locating work tells us which approach fits your home before any concrete is touched.

How long does a whole-house sewer replacement take?

Typically several days to a couple of weeks depending on access, length of line and inspection scheduling. We keep at least one working bathroom available whenever possible.
