Hydro Jetting

A drain snake pokes a hole through the clog. Hydro jetting cleans the entire pipe wall with high-pressure water — removing grease, scale and roots so blockages stop coming back.

What Hydro Jetting Does

Grease & Sludge Removal

Restaurant lines and kitchen drains scoured back to full diameter — the #1 cause of recurring commercial backups.

Root Cutting

High-pressure nozzles cut intruding roots out of joints and flush them downstream.

Scale & Tuberculation

Decades of mineral build-up inside old cast iron lines cleaned without harsh chemicals.

Pre-Lining Preparation

The required first step before any pipe rehabilitation — a clean pipe wall is non-negotiable.

Camera Verification

We jet, then verify with a camera so you can see the result — not take our word for it.

Preventive Programs

Scheduled jetting for restaurants, condos and property managers who can't afford surprise backups.

FAQ

Hydro Jetting Questions, Answered

Is hydro jetting safe for old pipes?

That's exactly why we camera the line first. On sound pipe, jetting is safe and highly effective; on badly deteriorated cast iron, we adjust pressure or recommend repair instead of risking the line.

How is jetting different from snaking?

A snake bores a hole through the blockage and leaves the buildup on the pipe walls, so clogs return. Jetting removes the buildup itself, restoring the pipe's full flow capacity.

How often should commercial kitchens jet their lines?

Most restaurants benefit from jetting every 6–12 months depending on volume and grease-trap maintenance. A recurring schedule is far cheaper than one Saturday-night backup.

How long does hydro jetting take?

Most residential jobs finish in a couple of hours, including the before-and-after camera check.
